Building a customer cooker? this kit includes all your heavy weight needs (up to 100 lb. loads). Including a 72" X 3/4" solid carbon steel hexagon rotisserie spit rod, durable food safe double chrome coated rotisserie spit forks with tool-less adjustment, and a premium insulated handle. The heavy duty spit rod drive end is machined down to a 1/2" round profile with woodruff key placement. Forks feature 3 heavy gauge 1/4" tines with quick turn tool-less fasteners. Premium insulated handle provides safe removal and insetion of the rod and allows for the addition of a counterbalance weight. Rod drive can be paired with many industrial motors using a drive coupling.
