Ok, it's not really a recipe but, I like the convienience. Thread the ribs onto your spit and use the forks to drive them. Coat with barbeque sauce ocassionally. If you like the boiled type you can wrap them with aluminum foil before cooking. I like to add a very slightly watered down barbeque sauce to the ribs inside the foil.
