Simply buy a box of flavored rice mix. There are all kinds of choices like butter garlic or cajun. Mix the rice according to directions. Put a small piece of bread inside the chicken at the neck to plug the opening. Add rice mixture. Put another piece of bread over the rice mix to seal it in the chicken at the butt. Close butt and wrap chicken with string. I like to tie my chicken together tight with string, holding the contents in. This also helps keep things together when the rotisserie is turning. The flavorings will soak into the chicken while it cooks and the rice will be perfect.
